Brittany Aldean Reveals How She Got Back Into Shape 7 Months After Baby

Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany Aldean welcomed their baby girl, Navy Rome in February 2019. The baby girl's arrival came only 14 months following the birth of their first son, Memphis.

Recently, Brittany has opened up about her struggle to get back in shape following the birth of Navy. Just like many other mothers out there, she finds it difficult to find the time or motivation to go to the gym. Instead of lifting weight and running on a treadmill, she prefers "natural activities."

"My go-to fitness routine is anything that's just naturally active. I like to do activities," she told People, adding that she enjoys things like going on walks with her kids.

After her personal struggle to bounce back both physically and emotionally, Brittany has some advice for other mothers going through the same thing.

"Give yourself grace," she says. "Give yourself time. It does not happen overnight. Your body will heal in time and it will happen eventually."

As a part of her passion to help others feel better about themselves, Brittany has become a spokesperson for the popular South Beach Diet.

"I felt like if I took charge and focused on my health and what I was putting into my body, that would reflect on the outside," she says.

She explains that the low-carb diet has worked for her as she is able to eat quite often throughout the day, so she never feels as if she's starving herself.

Brittany even says that the diet is easy to follow while on the road with Jason. The country singer is wrapping up his "Ride All Night Tour" in October, but will head back out on tour for his "We Back Tour" in 2020.
