The Most Difficult Snack to Stop Overeating

When it comes to snacking, there are those people who love salty and crunchy and others who go for sweets, and while both can be hard to stop eating, a new survey finds that one is way more difficult than the other. A recent poll of just under 3,000 people finds that 34.9% say salty snacks like chips and pretzels is the type of snack they are likely to overeat, while only 17.8% have issues with sugary snacks. As for other snacks, 11.6% say they have trouble with chocolate, 10.4% can’t stop eating cheese and 11.2% overeat bread and flour products.
