The Ta Ta Towel Is Here And the Internet Loves It

According to a survey, about 87% of women admit they deal with “Swoobs,” a.ka. sweaty boobs, in the summer, and a product that’s sweeping the Internet may be just the thing we gals need to combat the problem.

The product, called the Ta-Ta Towel, is the talk of the web these days, and we can certainly see why. The idea is super simple that we can’t believe nobody came up with it before. The towel, which sells for $45, attaches to the back of your neck like a halter, with the two ends hooking over your breasts so you can get ready on a hot day without your boob sweat getting everywhere.

The creator, Erin Robertson, says she came up with the idea one day while getting ready for a date. “As I got out of the shower and started getting ready, I could not stop sweating – not because I was about to go on a first date, but because my tiny A/C unit was broken and it was the beginning of summer,” she writes on the Ta-Ta Towel website. “While I was blow-drying my hair, I just kept thinking: ‘There has to be a better way to keep the beads of sweat from dripping down my stomach.'”

Although the product has been around for about two years, it has seen an increase in popularity recently after Jezebel tried it. It is apparently particularly popular with pregnant and breastfeeding moms, and gets props for being “comfortable,” with users saying it makes you feel “naked without being naked.”
