Very few folks were lucky enough to snag a reservation at The Spotted Cheetah, a pop-up restaurant featuring a menu full of Cheetos dishes. The New York City spot was only open for three days from August 15thto 17th and it was booked solid.
Food Network star Anne Burrell is the chef behind the recipes served at The Spotted Cheetah and she knows a lot of Cheetos fans were disappointed to miss out on the dining experience, so she’s got a consolation prize to make us feel better. Burrell says The Spotted Cheetah Digital Cookbook is now available to download on the restaurant’s website.
"I wrote the recipes,” Burrell says. “They proudly represent Cheetos, so there's no reason to keep those secret.”
