Meeting the Queen of England- or any country, for that matter- is seen by many as an honorable experience, and can often be quite overwhelming. Recently, in a visit to a children's charity in London, a young child became so awestruck by Her Majesty's presence that he didn't know what to do. Meeting your heroes can be intimidating. I remember meeting my hero as a kid... he was a hockey player for the Buffalo Sabres, and to this day, I can remember how unbelievably nervous and clammy I felt.
Granted, I didn't do what this kid did, but still- I can understand.
